Items are despatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, usually first class. If you require delivery by the next working day, please send an e-mail to info@weaniebeans.com
Larger orders are despatched via courier.
Customers around the world are able to purchase from us, but please contact us to arrange delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on location

For all orders over 12kg, please contact us directly to place your order and arrange delivery.
Your shopping basket will give the exact shipping cost for your order once you have finished selecting products.
Refunds
If you are missing any product from your order, or it has arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
If you have placed an order with us, but wish to cancel, you can do so as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please e-mail us via info@weaniebeans.com to let us know you wish to cancel your order. Please note that orders for ground coffee can only be cancelled in the event that the coffee has not yet been ground.
All of our products and packages are checked and leave our warehouse in condition.
If your order is not as expected or you have ordered the wrong product, you may return it to us (at your cost) and we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods only upon return of the items. We suggest you get a certificate of postage for any items you send us. The items need to be in a re-saleable condition in order to be refunded. Please note that ground coffee cannot be returned as it is ground to order.
