From the Tembo Coffee Company, a co-operative made up of smallholders from 40 villages. The farmers will each produce around 38kg of peaberry, and such small amounts become almost impossible for the farmers to export.
Tembo coffee company have helped these producers sell to a local buying outpost, and given them training in order to improve the quality of coffee they produce, which means their coffees can command a premium price.
In the cup, you’ll taste vanilla, apple pie and cinnamon with a long sweet finish.
