There are two questions we always get asked :
“Why Weanie Beans?” and “Are you Aussies?”
This area aims to answer those questions – and the rest.

Weanie Beans is all about great tasting coffee – whether you’re enjoying it at one of our stalls, or whether you’re taking it home & brewing it yourself. We aim to get the coffee to you, in both forms, within two weeks of roasting to guarantee the freshness, so you get the best taste.

So…. Why Weanie Beans?

As avid coffee drinkers, we are always on the lookout for decent cups when we’re out and about, and as coffee shops cropped up in every high street, we became ever more frustrated with the lack of passion that some cafés showed. We wanted a coffee from someone who could tell us about the beans, where they came from, when they were roasted and where, and wanted to know if they were ethically sourced. We wanted to know where the milk was from, when the cows were milked and who did the milking. Some say we have high expectations, we think we all have a right to know. Ask us, and we can answer all those questions, amongst others. Want to know what coffee will be best in made in an espresso machine? Or which coffee tastes the best with milk? We can tell you. You get the idea. We know about what we sell and we're happy to share that with you. 

So now you know a little more about us – we’re a little obsessive, very passionate and completely dedicated  to making your caffeine (or decaffeinated) fix a whole lot more enjoyable.

Are we Aussies?

Erm… no. We get asked this a lot. It's your coffee and you should drink it how you like it, not what everyone wants you to like. You asked for Flat Whites – we gave you Flat Whites. And they are here to stay.
