Words we expect to hear a few times as we head to Paris for an event on the 9th October. We'll be making coffee from our purpose built wooden bar in the Potelet Gabriel, just off the Champs Elysees.

The french drink a lot of espresso, and we have all the materials in place to ensure they get a perferctly pulled shot each and everytime. With coffee roasted especially for our events, to ensure it's at peak freshness when we're brewing it, we use a number of scales so that we can quickly and efficiently weigh our dose, and our extraction, and our bar is fitted with an in built pitcher rinser, so the bar, and our equipment always remains tidy and clean.
