Delivery & Returns
We roast our coffee on Wednesdays. Unless we have roasted stock on the shelves, we will not be shipping coffee orders until Wednesdays.
For everything else, expect delivery of your order within 28 days although most items will be dispatched within 24 hrs and received within 48-72 hrs. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. If you place an order after 5pm on Friday, it will not get shipped until Tuesday. If your order is urgent, please contact us, and we will endeavour to ship earlier.
If you choose standard delivery, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery prices are priced on weight and will be added automatically when an order is placed. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping outside of UK.
For international shipping, please choose Standard Delivery and select your country. We only ship within Europe at the current time, this is mainly due to customs laws in some other countries. If you live outside of Europe and wish to place an order, please contact us, and we will do our best to fulfil your order. Prices for shipping in Europe are below.
You the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include beans that are ground to your personal specification.) You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. You the consumer can be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Further information on this can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry website. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened.
